Anyone remember that 80′s movie Earth Girls Are Easy (Temple, 1988)? The “out-of-this-world, down-to-earth comedy” where the beach is off limits for brunettes and the prospect of giving hairy aliens a makeover merits a “mental margarita”?
Anyway we watched it again and not only was Jim Carrey adorable as a fuzzy lovesick alien with giant eyebrows, there was also some fun fashion. For example, I really want these frog nails.
Also, a tip from the character Candy: “If you wanna be a femme fatale, you can’t rest on your L’Oreals!”
