I’m back! New York was fun to visit but I really missed the Bay Area. I love the crazy energy in NYC, but I think living there would be too stressfull for someone who grew up in the more laid-back San Francisco area. I finally got to go to TopShop and Uniqlo though, and we even got to see Parson’s (Project Runway!!!!).
Best Part: Jersey Gardens mall made for the best layoever ever on the way back from Switzerland. 
Biggest Disappointment: WE DIDN’T GET TO BE ON CASH CAB!!!! So sad.

Switzerland was fun too but I went for family more than to check out the fashion scene. Good thing too, because Lausanne is really lame in terms of fashion. Its a really small city and so everyone dresses basically the same, and every store has the exact same things based on American trends that took a while to get there. There are Croc knock-offs everywhere (apparantly there is something even worse than Crocs), and I kid you not, I saw a studded faux-snakeskin romper. Ew. You can find cute stuff if you hunt though.
Best Part: Bartending! I got to bartend for my mom’s birthday party. Also, getting to see my aunt’s fashion collection. She has some really amazing pieces, more on that later!
Biggest Disappointment: I was planning on seeing Coco Avant Chanel this trip and I didn’t get the chance : (
