I had all these very disciplined plans on how I was going to save money to buy some video equipment, tripod bag, new camera charger, SD cards, etc…and now I just want all of these Miu Miu Fall 2011 shades in my life. Also, there is a Christopher Kane sample sale next month. My plans are ruined.

Collect ‘em All
My friend has been obsessing over these Fendi SS11 glasses for weeks, she’s starting to rub off on me…I love the green ones!
Also, is it just me or does that last model look EXACTLY like Demi Moore?

iPhone Versus Me
Darn. I thought I could resist the uber-glossy, over-designed, so-trendy-I-could-die iPhone 4 but I am but a mere mortal. Now that I found out it does HD video + editing, and that designers make these adorable mini bags for them, I kinda want one. Apple: 1 Emma: 0
Versus on the left, Felder Felder on the right, both available at Brown’s.

Multicoloured Mirrors on Hobnail Boots
Sorry for the lack of updates, I have had limited access to the ol’ Interweb as of recently. I’ve moved out of my place in London and am traveling since I don’t move into the apartment in Paris until June. In the meantime, feast your eyes upon these incredible Xanadu wedges by Jeffrey Campbell…I must locate and purchase these immediately. Not only are they deliciously curvy and winged, you can also check your lipstick on your shoe thanks to the mirror panels (though this might not look all that elegant if attempted in public).
Available online at NastyGal.

Crow Feet
Two rings I don’t think I can live without…they are everything I have always wanted, since fifteen seconds ago when I first saw them. I do fall in Love quite easily, don’t I…
Both are by Pamela Love, available online at Bona Drag.

Alexander Wang “Diego” Bag
And now back to our regularly scheduled programming of drool-worthy fashion. Alexander Wang is well-known for creating highly covetable bags, and his latest creation is totally worth taking out that second mortgage. Say hello to Diego;

Diego enjoys long walks on the beach, making your friends jealous and being the center of attention. Aside from being perfectly on-trend with the bucket shape, chunky hardware and big scale leopard print, the Diego bag is made of heavy durable leather and will never leave your side. And at $950, he really is a steal considering this is true love we’re talking about.
Available for pre-sale online at Opening Ceremony.

Shutter Snap
What a brilliant idea, these polaroid scarves by Philippe Roucou. I do wish one could print one’s own photographs on them though. It would be hilarious to see people wearing scarves with their faces printed on them in large scale, though it would take a person not the least bit embarrassed by their own vanity to pull that off.
Available on Reborn.

Frankie Done Me Wrong

The Alexander Wang “Frankie Creeper ” boot I have obsessed over on numorous occasions is deeply discounted on Gilt today, and although they’ll probably be sold out by the time I finish typing this sentence, they are currently available in my size.
WHY GOD, WHY????

The TV is Watching Me
No. Way. These are possibly the most amazing sunglasses I have EVER seen. I’m obsessed. Maybe they’re a comment on the voyeurism inherent to the fashion industry…or maybe they are just BADASS.
Oh, how I wish they could be mine…I’m almost tempted to ask someone on Etsy to make me a version…but I’m totally against knock-offs so I guess I’ll just have to pine for them :(
“TV Specs” by Linda Farrow x Jeremy Scott, available upon request online at Doshaburi.

DIFW Day Two:
For day two of Drooling Isn’t Fashion Week, I just had to post this Chanel SS10 “Focus on Accessories” video, even though it was from last fashion week. It’s just so beautiful to look at the details on serene models, including Karl Lagerfeld’s current favorite, the ever-fierce Freja Beha Erichsen. I adore the hair and styling…this video sort of makes you hold your breath as you would if you were this close to Chanel haute couture.
It also goes to show that all you really need to make an incredible video lookbook is some high key lighting, a gentle wind machine, a relatively steady camera and a gorgeous collection. Oh, and it doesn’t hurt to feature some of the best bone structure in the industry.

Jingle
I think this little mint bag is an adorable color, and the bells are such a refreshing alternative to all the studs and hardware we’ve been seeing lately. But OH MY GOD would it be annoying wearing this thing, I can imagine whipping around every fifteen seconds thinking Rudolph was stalking me.
Available at Light Vision.
